JAMB enables CAPS portal for 2020/2021 admission exercise: The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has revealed that it has allowed its portal site for associations to upload titles of shortlisted applicants to its 2020/2021 admission. The board emphasized that entry processes have to undergo the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) for acceptance.
This was made known by the Registrar of JAMB, Prof Is-haq Oloyede during an interview with newsmen in Abuja.
According to him, only qualified applicants as recommended by their own associations for entry will be accepted by the board.
He noticed that many institutions, especially private had begun entry.
The accounts, however, added that public colleges were yet to fully kickstart the procedure partially since they’re yet to complete admissions for final year.
Prof Oloyede stated:”Please note too that entry isn’t only for universities. You will find polytechnics and schools of education and except for its closed due to COVID-19, they’re not influenced by the attack.
